Limited Batch Collection

The Limited Batch Collection is a box of 6 bottles that includes a combination of different products: 2 bottles of awa × strawberry, 2 bottles of awa × rhubarb, and 2 bottles of awa × pear. This collection is for you to enjoy and compare each limited batch with your friends, family, and partner. 

‘awa × pear’ - It's made with pears grown by one of the best fruit farms in our area, Heath Fruit Farm. The Farm harvested the pears last autumn and stored them at the farm for a couple of months to ripen. We then picked them up and hand-made them into purée at our brewery before adding them to the moromi during the first fermentation.

‘awa × rhubarb’ - It's made with rhubarb grown in West Yorkshire. The taste is absolutely fantastic with a unique profile we have never experienced before. The flavors develop in the mouth, with the essence ofrhubarb gradually emerging alongside the underlying flavors of our Classic awa.

‘awa × strawberry’ - As we ventured into discovering British ingredients for our Limited Batch Series to savor during the summer season, we stumbled upon the perfect match: strawberries grown in Essex. Through the secondary fermentation process, the natural sweetness of the strawberries has been transformed into a slightly more effervescent charactercompared to the gentle and delicate bubbles found in our Classic awa.
