Soft Launch (June 2021) Batches - Sold Out

Thank you to everyone who was amongst the first to enjoy 'awa' as part of our soft launch (2 batches) in June 2021. Both batches sold out quickly and we are so grateful for your enthusiasm. 

We are now closed for the summer season and will re-start our brewing in the autumn in harmony with nature and the cooler temperatures favourable to sake production.

Once we are up and running again in a few months, we will announce our official launch date and ongoing Autumn-Spring production season and batch releases.
