awa before dawn

“awa before dawn" is a special sake – the still (base) sake before the secondary fermentation of our core product, Classic awa.

This is a Junmai Muroka Nama Genshu style (unfiltered, unpasteurized, undiluted), with 50% Rice Koji – more than double the amount generally used in standard sake production.

The pre-order period is from 8th April to 14th April, or earlier if we sell out our pre-orders.
