Chicken in Tomato Sauce

300g chicken thigh
2 tbsp of shio koji
1 canned tomato
1/2 Onion
A clove of garlic
1/2 tbsp of olive oil
Grated cheese & dried parsley


・Coat the chicken with Shio koji and leave them for 12 -24 hours.


  1. Chop the onion and garlic finely.
  2. Put olive oil in a pan, and add chopped garlic to coax out flavour. Add chopped onions and heat until lightly browned.
  3. Put Shio koji-coated chickens in a pan to brown. Add canned tomato and simmer it for 10 minutes. Add some salt and pepper if you need.
  4. Serve on a plate and add some grated cheese and dried parsley.
