Sake Kasu Chicken in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
300g chicken thigh
3 tbsp of sake kasu
1 canned tomato
1/2 Onion
A clove of garlic
1/2 tbsp of olive oil
Grated cheese & dried parsley
Preparation
・Coat the chicken with sake kasu and leave them for 12 -24 hours.
Instructions
- Chop the onion and garlic finely.
- Put olive oil in a pan, and add chopped garlic to coax out flavour. Add chopped onions and heat until lightly browned.
- Put sake kasu-coated chickens in a pan to brown. Add canned tomato and simmer it for 10 minutes. Add some salt and pepper if you need.
- Serve on a plate and add some grated cheese and dried parsley.
