1/2 onion, sliced
200 ml soy milk
100 ml water
1/2 tsp of shio-koji
1. Finely slice onion and heat with butter in the pot until lightly brown.
2. Add frozen beans, water and shio-koji, and simmer it until beans become soft.
3. Blend it with a hand blender very well and add soy milk. Simmer for a while and serve with some pepper.
