Chilled Sake Kasu Green Beans Soup

Ingredients
Frozen beans:100g
1/2 onion, sliced
200 ml soy milk
100 ml water
2 tbsp of sake kasu
5g butter
pepper
Instructions
1. Finely slice onion and heat with butter in the pot until lightly brown.
2. Add frozen beans, water and sake kasu, and simmer it until beans become soft.
3. Blend it with a hand blender very well and add soy milk. Simmer for a while and serve with some pepper.
