Grilled Sake Kasu Salmon

Ingredients

2 salmon fillets
2 tbsp of sake kasu
1 tbsp of olive oil
Any vegetables for the side

 

Preparation

・Coat the salmon fillets with sake kasu and leave them for 2-3 hours.

・Preheat the oven to 390°F.

 

Instructions

  1. Put the salmon fillets and vegetables on an ovenproof dish/tray.
  2. Put the dish into an oven and cook for 20 minutes.
