200g of mushroom
1 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp of shio koji
Some red hot pepper if you like
- Finely cut mushroom. You can mix some differents types of mushroom.
- Heat olive oil in the pan and put all the mushroom until thoroughly cooked.
- Add shio koji and mix well. If you prepare red hot pepper, add it into the pan.
Add 10% shio-koji to the total amount of mushroom. Any mushroom can be used such as shiitake, mushroom, and others.
