Soy Beans Hummus

200g steamed soy beans
A clove of garlic
1 tbsp of shio-koji
1 tbsp of tahini
1 tbsp of olive oil


1. Mix soy beans and shio-koji well in a zipped bag, and keep it in the fridge for one night.

2. Put beans, garlic, and tahini in the mixer. Paste them well until smooth.

3. Serve it with some vegetables. Add some parsley and paprika powder.


For this recipe, chick peas are also great match with shio-koji! You can use canned beans too.
