‘Limited Batch Series’ is a seasonal batch of naturally sparkling sake fermented with a variety of fresh/aged ingredients; some in stainless steel tanks and some in barrels. We’ve taken this approach to pursue our curiosity and bring the joy of naturally sparkling sake to everyone through the lens of going beyond boundaries.

Introducing Limited Batch Series 005: 'awa × strawberry'!
As we ventured into discovering British ingredients for our Limited Batch Series to savor during the summer season, we stumbled upon the perfect match: strawberries grown in Essex.
These freshly juicy strawberries were transformed into a purée and then fermented with moromi, the primary mash used for sake fermentation.
Through the secondary fermentation process, the natural sweetness of the strawberries has been transformed into a slightly more effervescent character
compared to the gentle and delicate bubbles found in our Classic awa.

The label design
This beautiful label has been meticulously crafted by the extraordinary duo, Yuki and Yoshiyuki.
They drew inspiration from a beloved summer tradition in the UK: the delightful combination of strawberries and cream.The vibrant red dots on the label also serve as a symbolic representation of the enchanting effervescence found in this sake.
