Crafted with Japanese yuzu and rice koji using techniques traditionally used to make amazake — a Japanese alcohol-free drink made from rice and rice koji — Yuzu awa 0.0 develops a gentle, natural sweetness and refreshing acidity through slow fermentation, before being finished with delicate bubbles that bring the vibrant citrus character of yuzu to life. The yuzu is grown in Shiromi, Miyazaki, Japan, a mountainous region known for its beautifully aromatic fruit.

Best enjoyed well chilled as an aperitif or paired with seafood, fresh salads and light desserts.
